Our annual Company Maintenance Program offers the following services for small businesses:

Prepare Annual Minutes;
Prepare Special Minutes as requested;
Prepare and file the Statement of Information (including updates and the $20/$25 annual fee);
Act as the Company’s Agent of Service of Process; and
Provide up to one hour of consultation.
