Michael E. Garner is a business and estate planning expert.  With a team of professionals he crafts designs to reach client goals while incorporating solutions for businesses dealing with control, tax, legal, financial, transfer and investment challenges.

Mr. Garner began his career as the Operations Officer for The Pell Group, a bank consulting firm.  He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration: Finance from California State University at Northridge and graduated Valedictorian at the University of La Verne College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, received 9 American Jurisprudence Awards and graduated Cum Laude and Valedictorian at the University of La Verne College of Law.

Mr. Garner is a member of the California State Bar and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law.  Over the last 26 years his practice has focused on Business and Estate design and implementation.  Mr. Garner is a Certified Financial Planner® under the CFP Board of Standards, Inc.

Mr. Garner has worked with hundreds of individuals and families to formalize their personal and financial goals and provide protection for their loved ones in the face of illness, injury, divorce, death or other transitions.  Through MFA Wealth Services, he works with the client’s financial, tax and accounting advisers to coordinate implementation of the client’s goals.

 

Mr. Garner has assisted dozens of business owners with formation, operational and transfer challenges.  Using a wide variety of tools, techniques and a team of experts, Mr. Garner has crafted designs for businesses from sole proprietorships through Regulation D offerings to solve current challenges and prepare them for future events.
